APPLICATION FOR GARBAGE SERVICE

In order to start service you will be charged for three months service in advance. Monies will be applied to the first three months. This does not help us other than the assurance that you will stay on for three months.

Garbage fees are due on the 16^th of the month. If overdue you will have till the end of the month to pay or service will be cut off. There will be a $3.00 late fee to be paid as well as any back monies owed in order for garbage service to continue. (This will be strictly enforced).

Only Waste-pro containers are to be used no household cans will be emptied
