Born and Raised in Nicholson, Georgia.  I am married to Gail Maxwell and together we raised 4 kids and now have 12 grandchildren, of which the majority continue to reside in Nicholson.  I have been the Mayor for 7 years and I look forward   to seeing the progression of Nicholson in the future.

My name is Wendy Carter. I have lived in Jackson County most of my life. I have been married for 18 yrs to Larry Carter. We have 3 children, 2 girls and 1 boy. I am proud to be on staff at Nicholson City Hall and look forward to serving the community of Nicholson.

My name is Carol Faye Seagraves I have lived in Nicholson since 1964 that's when I married William Paul Seagraves who was a native of Nicholson. We were married for 41 years when he passed away in March of 2005. We have 8 children with 15 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. We were both members of Nicholson Baptist Church. This is my 2nd term as Council Woman

Paul M. Cartledge was born and raised in Commerce Georgia. He has lived in Nicholson since December 1991 and is married to the former Annie Ray Patrick. Paul has served in the U.S. Army and did a tour of duty in Vietnam and Europe, he is a veteran. After leaving the military Paul worked with Martin Marietta where he ran heavy equipment until his retirement. He now works with Jackson Co. Schools. Paul has served the city council for 6 years and for the last two years as Mayor Pro-Term
